چکیده

A type of telecommunication technology called an ultra-wideband (UWB) is used to provide a typical solution for short-range wireless communication due large bandwidth and low power consumption in transmission reception. Printed monopole antennas are considered as preferred platform implementing this because its alluring characteristics such light weight, cost, ease fabrication, integration capability with other systems, etc. Therefore, compact-sized printed antenna improved gain efficiency presented article. Computer simulation microwave studio (CSTMWS) software build analyze the proposed design technique. This broadband contains jug-shaped radiator fed by coplanar waveguide (CPW) The designed UWB fabricated on low-cost FR-4 substrate relative permittivity 4.3, loss tangent 0.025, standard height 1.6 mm, sized at 25 mm × 22 suitable system. works maximum (peak 4.1 dB) across whole spectrum 3–11 GHz. results simulated, measured, debated detail. Different parametric studies based numerical simulations involved arrive optimal through monitoring effects adding cuts performance antennas. these optimized achieve relatively best gain. patch shape like jug handle that offers greater bandwidth, good gain, higher efficiency, compact size.

A Novel Ultra-Wideband Printed Monopole Antenna

In this paper, we introduce a novel printed monopole antenna for ultra-wideband (UWB) applications. The antenna is composed of two overlapped circular disc monopoles with a finite ground plane and fed by a 50 microstrip line. The designed antenna operates over impedance bandwidth (2.9 to 11.6GHz) for return loss S Ω 11 < -10dB. The antenna also shows omni-directional radiation patterns and good...

A study of printed monopole antenna for ultra wideband systems

A printed monopole antenna with CPW-fed is proposed. The proposed antenna includes a rectangle shape radiator, two ground planes with symmetrical notch and feed excitation. It covers the all ultra wideband (UWB 3.1GHz ~ 10.6GHz) and has 7.8GHz (2.8GHz ~ 10.6GHz) measured return loss bandwidth. In modifiable design, we choose to design the notches on the ground plane, the high of the proposed an...

Dual-polarized Cpw-fed Conformal Antenna for Ultra-wideband Applications

In this paper, we introduce a new compact dual-polarized conformal slot antenna fed by two orthogonal Coplanar Waveguide (CPW) semi-discs. To achieve a high isolation between the two ports, a strip is inserted diagonally in the ground plane. The simulations are done using the Computer Simulation Technology (CST) Microwave Studio software. The simulated results show that the proposed antenna pro...
